Experience - Clay Modelling internship at Changan Automobile European Design Centre S.R.L, Rivoli, Itay (Mar - Aug 2019)

My project is an urban limousine, which tackles 2030 social disconnection. The vehicle is designed to educate and connect communities and improve the mentality and social norms of the future generation. The vehicle encourages tourists to share their journeys with locals to stimulate personal interaction. This vehicle is aimed at tourists visiting London.

The project was clay focused as i wanted to show my passion for sculpting. Clay modelling has helped me to understand the translation from 2D to 3D. It has given me a profound understanding of form and volume of a design. Overall I found the design process was very rewarding, from seeing the design develop into a physical form.
