I am a Design Management Master student at Coventry University and a dedicated researcher who enthusiastic about problem-solving and project management. This work is parts of my final major project going to find a solution around 'How to develop a human-centred clothes storage product by using design management methods?' Based on the primary research, the author found out that the most common problem is the lost socks, although there are some other problems, it is more depends on individual habits and experience.
